rung Water Fall has became an extremely popular tourist attraction of the Tehsil Tangmarg in district Baramulla. The cascading water fall mixes with the waters that originates from the magnificent glaciers located near the mount Affarwat. The falling of water from the majestic mountains of Yachhvog makes an unforgettable sight for the Visitors ,Vloggers and the other photo journalists both in summers and winters. During summers tourists love to spend their quality time while enjoying the beautiful landscapes and views of the Drung water fall,neighbouring lakes and streams, alpine forests and greenery. Surrounding caves along with some ancient monument add more charm to the water fall.The Cascading water fall is more breathtaking during the winters when everything around the water fall freezes. During winters it  freezes and comes down forming icicles all around the frozen streams which also includes the Nallah Ferozpora.

All that frozen water there on mounatisn,streams,lakes,and surrounding trees forms an eye catching picturesque. It seems like a scene of the heavens. Tourists describe it as a mother of beauty. Drung Water Fall  is a part of the tourist village Drung. Since the place has been now connected with the other tourist villages like Buderkote and the Gogaldora.There are several amazing eye catching destinations and hill stations around the Drung that are worth to be visited both in the summers and winters. The village is 1.2 Km from the town Tangmarg and is easily accessible by road. During winters due to the high snow fall in the area ATV Bikes are being used by the tourists to visit the place.

erozpora Nallah is nestled in the backdrop of mount Affarwat and beautiful green forests of Gulmarg, Drung and the village Ferozpora. It is also known as Shinmahinyu.It is a mountain stream that originates from the Ferozpora peak. It lies at a distance of 5km from Gulmarg. The stream also acts as water source for rural dwellers and may believe that it has been blessed by the spirits of mountains. It flows down to join the Balan River at Waters Meet, which is an another popular tourist attraction. Ferozpora Nallah lies close to Tosaimaidan which can be reached through a Trek of 50 km that takes 3 days to complete. The river is named after the adjoining third largest revenue village of the district Baramulla known as Ferozpora. Nallah Ferozpora has its origin from the regular snow fed glaciers of the mount Affarwat .it is known for its crystal clear waters. The river passes through the famous tourist destination Drung, Where a hydropower project of 10 Megawatts is being run

on it. The Nallah after leaving the Drung is subdivided into the many smaller tributaries. On the demand and because of the need of the people of the Drung and Mahyan a concrete bridge has been built over Nallah near the famous shrine of saint Hazrat Baba Shams-u-din Nayak.The bridge connects the people of the Drung with the village Ferozpora and the Mahyan. The Nallah is in its full volume and momentum in the springs and the summers. The Nallah is famous for the trout fishing across the Jammu and Kashmir, luring the anglers and fish catchers from many corners of the UT. The Nallah because of its pure waters and surrounding eye catching landscapes and forestry has been developed as a fascinating destination of adventurous, pilgrimage and leisure tourism. The place is great to spend a sunny afternoon in as it is surrounded by beautiful snowcapped mountains and a forest of pine trees.

We accept only as per our expectations

 Every story has two sides - either to accept that in reality or to accept it as per your expectations. The former one is closer to the solution but the later is a problem that needs to be fixed.

Unfortunately we oftenly try to understand things as per our expectations, as per our standards, as per our own philosophy of life and avoiding to stand on reality, to accept things in originality. And consequently becoming a product of our prejudices and this's what's not a standard way of seeing life affairs. This's a perspective based on absolute biasness. 

Stay with reality by accepting what facts says and this's what objectivity stands for. This's what gives final authority in the life. This's an impartial ways of dealing life affairs. More real, more objective and that which can be inherited.

For your earlier part of life learn as much as you can. Take a course, read, read more, intern with experts and the put all assembled knowledge, skills and experiences into practice. As acting is important to move forward.

Those who've gone through the process, learn from them, as they're more valuable than books. Seek advice and take decisions in your life. After failure don't stop, move on. This's natural that a lot many solutions don't work for many people. And failure is a part of life. 

Significance level and rejection of null hypothesis

Less than 0.5 significance level =Rejecting null hypothesis(when it's true)

It's not understood that you're successful and people are not envious of you. Men by nature are lazy and this's what pours him into the procrastination and finally into the failure. And those who're educated to fight against their temptations overcome basic failures. This's where now you're not now at par with others. And this sense of lacking in the rest makes the envious towards you and your achievements.

Success has many forms and the enemies are also of many forms and of many levels.

Sometimes your inner speaks the reality and you portray that like this:

Driving emotions me haywire 

Is still stinging with pain.

It's what is defeat

 as was never repairable! 

Postpone discussion when you're high!

Exit or postpone discussion when you're emotions are high. This's gonna to keep you safe from any possible confrontation.

This's what maturation is, to be able to control your high emotional outburst, to be patient, to be silent, to wait, to relax and speak only when it's desirable. And sometimes a requisite. 

Improve your knowledge and wisdom through these words :

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْألُكَ عِلْماً نَافِعاَ وَعَمَلاً صَالِحاً وَحِفْظاً قَوِيّاً وَفَهْماً كَامِلاً وَعَقْلاً سَالِماً بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا اَرْحَمَ ٱلرَّاحِمِينَ

Allāhumma inni asaluka ‘amalan nāfi‘ā Wa ‘amalan swālihā hifzan qawiyyā wa fahman kāmilā wa aqlan sālimā birahmatika yā arhamar rāhimeen

Oh Allah I ask You for beneficial knowledge and good deeds and a strong memory and a perfect understanding and a sound intellect by Your mercy, O the most Merciful of the merciful ones. 

Remove barriers of heart and tongue through these magical words

رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِي وَاحْلُلْ عُقْدَةً مِنْ لِسَانِي يَفْقَهُوا قَوْلِي

Rabbi ishrah li sadri wa yassirli amri wah lul uqdatan min lisaani, yaf kahu kauli

My Lord! Open my heart, and make my task easy for me, loosen the knot in my tongue, so that they may understand my speech. 

Seek help while you're studying something difficult :

اللَّهُمَّ لاَ سَهْلاً إِلّاَ مَا جَعَلّتَهٌ سَهْلاً وَأَنّتَ تَجّعَلَ الحَزَنَ إِذَا شِئتَ سَهْلاً

Allâhumma lâ sahla illâ mâ ja‘altahu sahlâ wa anta taj‘alu al-hazana idhâ shi’ta sahlâ.

Oh Allah! Nothing is easy except what You have made easy. If You wish, You can make the difficult easy

Seek Help for Knowledge like this way :

   ١.اللَّهُمَّ انْفَعْنِي بِمَا عَلَّمْـتَنِي وَ عَلِّمْنِي مَا يَنْفَعُنِي

Allahumma infa’ani bima alamtuni wa a’limni ma yenfaa’ni

Oh Allah! Make useful for me what you have taught me and teach me knowledge that will be useful to me

٢.رَبِّ زِدْنِىْ عِلْمًا

Rabbi zidni ilmaa

Oh my Lord, Increase me in knowledge.

Verily, I have been among the wrongdoers !

لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنْتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِين 

La ilaha ila enta subhanaka iny kuntu minal zalameen

“There is no deity but You. Glory be to You! Verily, I have been among the wrongdoers.” (Quran) 

Seek Power from enemies

رَبِّ اِنّي مَغْلُوبٌ فَانْتَصِرْ

rabbi innee maghloobun fantas'ir

‘My Lord I have been overcome, so help [me].’

 کچھ لوگ اپنی شرافت کی وجہ سے مارے جاتے ہیں. شرافت ایک خوبی ہے اور یہ خصلت بس انسان میں ہی پائ جا سکتی ہے 

وہ کہتا ہے ایک دنیابنا لیتا تیرے لیے

وہ کہتا ہے ایک دنیابنا لیتا تیرے لیے 

پر کروں کیا میرے بس میں یہ نہیں ہے

I could've reconstructed your new world

And this's what I'm not capable of! 

حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ کا بیان ہے کہ نبی کریم صلاله عليه وسلم پابندی سے صبح و شام اس دعا کو پڑھا کرتے تھے اور کبھی ترک نہ فرماتے تھے :ترمذی

‏ "‏ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ فِي دِينِي وَدُنْيَاىَ وَأَهْلِي وَمَالِي اللَّهُمَّ اسْتُرْ عَوْرَاتِي وَآمِنْ رَوْعَاتِي وَاحْفَظْنِي مِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَىَّ وَمِنْ خَلْفِي وَعَنْ يَمِينِي وَعَنْ شِمَالِي وَمِنْ فَوْقِي وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ أَنْ أُغْتَالَ مِنْ تَحْتِي ‏"‏

نہ جانے ہم ہی کو آخرتم سمجھ کیوں نہ آئے

اور جب وہ کہتا ہے کہ

:بس اندر اندر سے یہ آواز آتی ہے 

اس اداکار میں کتنے کردار نکلے

! اور پھر اداکاری ہی نکل گئی

کہ ہمارہ تعلق ابھی آدم نسل سے ہے

ہم کو ابھی ہمارے حال کی یہی خبر ہے

کہ ہمارہ تعلق  ابھی آدم نسل سے ہے 

Accompanying men of strength is honing your skill set

To be a strong man you've to accompany men of strength who've faced the real challenges of life. It's impossible to fight or face a challenge if you've never undergone through an experience. Challenges always prepare and prepare with necessary strengths.

 رسول اللہ صلعم نے فرمایا :"تم اللہ تعالیٰ سے ایسی حالت میں دعا کیا کرو کہ تمہیں قبولیت کا پورہ یقین ہو, اور یہ جان رکھو کہ اللہ تعالیٰ غفلت سے بھرے دل کی دعا قبول نہیں کرتا

Intelligence is a gift to the mankind and a strong tool of human and social transformation. And the intelligence can be pooled for the strong transformation of human society, by the collaborative works of the great minds. Great minds lie everywhere, you just need them to be in your team and let them all share what they're known for. 

life's all about good and bad decisions

Decision making is an important part belonging to the art of problem solving, where the available information is being processed using the various mental faculties in order to execute an activity and following the consequences of decision executed. Teaching and training for systematic decision-making is the need of an hour. After all life's all about good and bad decision. A good decision can be based on good calculations and based on some experiences. So let you gain what's required for making a right decision. This's either read or taken from a veteran. 

Teaching problem solving is preparing for coming challenges

A child deserve to be taught how to overcome the problem that he faces in his life or he's gonna to face in the future. It should be made a compulsory at all levels of curriculum. It's important to give a child an overview of the surrounding problems and the problems that're waiting for him to challenge his growth and adjustment. All that's required is teaching a child an art of problem solving at all levels.

رسول اللہ صلعم نے فرمایا :اپنے نفع کی چیز کو کوشش کرو اور اللہ سے مدد چاہو اور ہمت مت ہارو اور اگر تمہیں کوئی حادثہ پیش آجائے تو یوں مت کہو کہ اگر میں یوں کرتا تو ایسا ہوتا، بلکہ یوں کہو کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے یہی مقدر فرمایا تھا، اور جو اُس کو منظور تھا اُس نے وہی کیا

قرضوں اور غموں سے نجات کی دعا

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ الْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ الْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ غَلَبَةِ الدَّيْنِ وَقَهْرِ الرِّجَالِ

ابو داؤد :1555،عن ابی سعید خدری  رضئ الله عنه 

اللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُبِكَ مِنَ الْبَرَصِ ، وَالْجُنُونِ ، وَالْجُذَامِ ، وَمِنْ سَيِّءِ الْأَسْقَامِ

اللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُبِكَ مِنَ الْبَرَصِ ، وَالْجُنُونِ ، وَالْجُذَامِ ، وَمِنْ سَيِّءِ الْأَسْقَامِ

Allahumma inni a'oodhu bika minal-barasi, wal-junooni, wal-judhaami, wa min sayyi'il-asqaami

O Allah! I seek refuge in You from albinism, insanity, leprosy and from evil diseases

It's really a blessing if you're being treated or being helped by a man or a woman. Being helpful is being virtuous. Alas! This's now being taken as a thing of stupidity. 

Men sacrifice to serve women

All around it's clearly visible most men are trained to serve their families, from the very beginning of their childhood. They're educated to serve their family, to serve their parents and to serve their wives. And throughout life they've to protect their women. They're living with a mindset that they've to earn and take care of their women. They sacrifice everything wherever it's required.

Their efforts need to be recognized and appreciated. They've sacrificed from the beginning of the human race and the process goes on. For them they're their last priority.

Hear, Listen,listen more and speak as desired.

Give people time to speak and let them speak. Let you hear, and let you listen and listen carefully. Speak less, speak in short lines and speak what's desired. Let you be in control of your words. And then you're the master of your words. And this's how good communicators are trained and how you can give your life a better control. 

Control your inner, to control outer

Controlling your outer is more important than controlling your inner while interacting during your communication. However, you need a good control of your inner energies so that you can have a control on your outer behaviour.

laughter dose, a shot for better life.

Believe me you've to start giving yourself a laughter dose by enjoying every possible opportunity in life. Otherwise, you'll lose charm of everything that stands upright for you. I'm afraid that one day you'll die with a number of regrets and with the utmost regrets of not giving yourself a dose of possible or available smiles. There's a need of company that entertains in real sense. Create a bit of your time for some amusement, for some light moments.

Stop being a perfectionist. Believe, mistakes are possible and Imperfection is a reality. Avoid being prejudiced and let things move in a flow. Take positivity's from the people. Pile up your inner strengths and let you believe you deserve to be a happy man.

Only a teacher can claim this!

In English we say :

Have turned me to ignite the light in you ! 

And then in Urdu we say :

اور جو ہم سے نہ ہو سکا

! پھر سے  وہ تم میں ڈھونڈ رہے ہیں

Being Diplomatic is being disciplined

Sometimes being straightforward is more harmful then being diplomatic. Because this is less harming then being so bold and open. Also this's open for the direct and clear interpretation. Being diplomatic is to speak as per the circumstances stand and as per your role and status in any social arena.

It's not lying, it's to use a more modest and acceptable language and tone while conveying your perspective to the others. This's a disciplined approach of reacting to the circumstances. This's to respond with mind and not letting your emotions control your thought process. 

This's an evolving process and is learned through some formal and others available means of training. 

To be or not to be !

Shakespeare said, "to be or not to be" that's the question. Sometimes life and life affairs are so complex that it remains undecided far a long period of time, that where will they land us and how far we can go.

clarity in thought is an intellectual power

Clarity in thought is one of the best intellectual powers a man possess. This clarity is compromised when a man is being hurt by some intellectual trauma. It consequently impacts all thought processes and the daily course of life. 

تقدیر باری تعالیٰ

اس عالم میں جو کچھ ہوتا ہے یا ہوگا وہ سب کچھ ہونے سے پہلے ہی اللہ تعالیٰ کے علم میں ہے اور اللہ تعالیٰ اپنے علم کے موافق ہر چیز کو پیدا فرماتے ہیں. تقدیر علم الہی کا نام ہے نہ کہ امرالہی کا

 In English we say :

And then in Urdu we say :

تم نہ کہتے تھے کہ تم خاص ہو

! اور اب عام سے ہو گئے

ہمیں ہماری زات سے بس اتنا غلا ہے

کہ ہم نے ہمارہ  ہی پہلے کیوں نہ سوچا 

Aggression is a part of life

Aggression is a part of life. And when we're being provoked unnecessarily it's a natural outcome. Just sublimate it and act within limits.

Let your opponents be cautious that you're not a man who's gonna to run or who'll tolerate any provocation.

Deception is intentional, beware!

In the intricate dance of human interaction, deception lurks as a shadowy figure, weaving its threads through the tapestry of our lives. It is both a behavior and a trait, an evolved strategy in our cognitive arsenal, wielded with intent to harm or gain advantage. Like a chameleon, it adapts to its surroundings, masking itself within the facade of normalcy, only to strike unexpectedly, leaving behind the sting of betrayal.

Deception, in its myriad forms, knows no bounds. From the subtle art of white lies to the intricate web of manipulation, it traverses the spectrum of human experience, leaving its mark on both the deceiver and the deceived. With each act of falsehood, it casts ripples across the waters of trust, eroding the fragile foundations upon which relationships are built.

Yet, within its dark embrace lies a curious beauty, a testament to the complexity of the human psyche. For in the dance of deception, we glimpse the depths of human nature, the interplay of motive and morality, desire and deceit. It is a reminder that behind every facade lies a story untold, a truth obscured by the veils of perception.

But beware, for deception is a double-edged sword, cutting both ways with equal ferocity. In its wake, it leaves behind shattered illusions and broken bonds, a testament to the fragility of trust. And yet, even amidst the wreckage, there is hope, for in the aftermath of deception lies the opportunity for growth and redemption, a chance to rebuild what was lost and forge stronger, more resilient connections.

So let us tread carefully in the labyrinth of deceit, for though its allure may be tempting, the price of deception is steep indeed. And in the end, it is not the deception itself that defines us, but how we choose to navigate its treacherous waters, with honesty, integrity, and grace.

Fight Alone

The real fight is to fight all alone. This's what you really need to understand from the very beginning. And you get it when you're left all alone .

Let it go, forget and forgive

 Believe me you need to let go people in order to feel better, and in order to live better. More Oftenly your past  adversely impacts your contemporary life affairs.And emerges as a cause of your real anger and worries. Don't let your past control your present. For that you need to forget and forgive. Though it seems hard, but at the end it has a great ending.

Life's short to live in the past. So, let that be an experience for the better present and the brighter future. 

جو کھو گیا تھا اپنوں سے

In English i say :

"To save himself he ran far away

From the ones who were too close to him" 

 

And in Urdu i say :

پھر وہ شخص نہ ملا

جو کھو گیا تھا اپنوں سے 

Kaba, place of enlightenment

A power centre to the rest of the world.This's where spirituality gets it's apex. This's where peace reaches its absolute heights. An origin of all directions and the holy space of total enlightenment. This's what believers stand for. 

Cell, a universe within itself.

A cell is a perfect example of universe at miniature level.Just understanding universe in toto is more difficult, likewise is the understanding the functions of cells. A world, invisible to the naked eyes. 

Listen to Yourself

Don't be inattentive, listen to yourself. Listen to your heart. Your impulsiveness, your restlessness, your irritating nature, your escapism and your procrastination are all the cues of something unnatural going within you. If it emerges occasionally , it's natural. But if it goes on, you're not listening to yourself.

Listen to yourself, it's what you're known for, it's how you're designed. It's how you'll be benefited. Don't go along with rest. Pay attention what you're in need, what's hurting you and what's irritating you.It's where often the solution lies if attention is paid on time. 

Morning Assembly, A Unifying Force

Morning Assembly unifies all that exists within the four walls of an institution. It's where a sense of unity develops among the learners and the facilitators of the learning process. It should be appealing by having a predetermined planing and the content of delivery. It should have a variety so that it has an appeal to address the audience. It should inspire and be a common platform of sharing one's ideas and feelings.

Time and Space is controlled by an outside power

Time has two sides - one end leaves to catch the coming one. So it means time has already been invented and we're just discovering it. It has already set limits and it works under specific laws. There exists a power outside time that has invented and placed it in the space. That power is independent of time and space.

Time only impacts us it has no control over the power that has control or invented it. It's for the creations. Even both time and space is His creation. That power has an independent existence,with no impact of time and space. And this time and space can work differently at different spaces. The definition of time for us is not the same for the other spaces.

A man who claims to be all knowing is foolishly deceiving himself by not acknowledging his limitations. It is a false claim of ignorance and stubbornness. As we continuously reconstruct and improve where we've actually fallen. We've all suffered and are a product of our circumstances. We just learn to manipulate, to some degree, what's surrounding us. We lack total power of control within and outside.

Stay in the field, to fight back.

A great solution to a great problem is to fight against it everyday, with a plan of going through it. The problem of lacking consistency is what really breaks the line.You've to stay in the field till the real outcome is not materialised.

Most people decide, initiate and withdraw prematurely. Only the legends stick to their goals. It's because they've decided to stay and fight. They evolve with the challenges.

Learn to unlearn and relearn

 It's the time to learn to unlearn, relearn and learn more in an efficient way. And this's an advanced version of learning. 

کچھ تو دشمن ہو جائے دوست

کچھ تو دشمن بھی ہوجائے دوست 

جو ہر دوست دشمن ہو رہا ہیں
