Stay engaged in the society

Build a strong social circle that stands by you in all your highs and lows. Stay connected to them. Good people transfer positive vibes and sow positive energies within us. Being sociable and well engaged with the society is a strong force that can fight for you if stress attacks.
Minimize being bonded with the cell phones, make friends, stay connected with your family, don't stay alone and just develop your sociability skills to avoid any possible social maladjustment.
