Take short relaxing breaks to combat work stress

Taking short breaks to relax and rest can do miracles in helping you to combat work stress. Go for it spend a few minutes up to 5-10 minutes after every hour of continuous work to give your body and body some rest so that you're recharged again to get that young working momentum.
